Is DesiUtils really free?
Yes, every tool is free to use. Some tools offer optional paid extras (like detailed PDF reports), always clearly marked. We’re supported by non-intrusive display ads.
Do you upload my files to a server?
No. Your files and tool inputs are processed in your browser and never uploaded to us. A few tools send just your search query to a public lookup API, and optional paid downloads use a payment provider for the transaction only.
How do refunds work for paid downloads?
Paid PDF reports come with a 7-day no-questions refund. Email us your payment ID (from the payment receipt) and we process the refund within 48 hours. Full details are on our Refund Policy page at /refund-policy.
