Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to optional paid downloads sold on DesiUtils.in (for example, detailed PDF reports offered on selected tools). All regular tools remain free to use and are not affected by this policy.

2. 7-day no-questions refund

If you are not happy with a paid download for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

3. How to request a refund

  • Email desiutils.in@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request", or use the contact form and pick the Refund Request subject.
  • Include the payment ID from the payment receipt the payment provider sent you at purchase.
  • That is all we need. The payment ID lets us locate the transaction in the payment provider's dashboard.

4. Processing time

We aim to issue the refund within 48 hours of your email. The refund is made to your original payment method through the payment provider; depending on your bank, it can take 5-7 business days to reflect after it is issued.

5. Keep your PDF safe (how delivery works)

Paid reports are generated in your browser and downloaded to your device at purchase time; the unlock is stored in that browser. Download and save your PDF. If you lose the file or clear your browser storage, email us with your payment ID and we will help you regenerate it.
