By accessing and using DesiUtils.in ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Description of Service

DesiUtils.in provides browser-based online utility tools including calculators, converters, generators, and validators. Every tool is free to use; selected tools additionally offer an optional paid download (such as a detailed PDF report), governed by our Purchase Terms (/purchase-terms) and Refund Policy (/refund-policy). All tools are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes only.

3. No Professional Advice

  • Financial calculators (EMI, SIP, FD, Income Tax, etc.) provide estimates only. They do not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice. Consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or financial advisor.
  • Health tools (BMI, Calorie, Pregnancy Due Date) are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional.
  • Legal/Government tools (PAN validator, GST validator, Stamp Duty) provide format validation and approximate data only. Verify with official government sources.

4. Privacy & Data Processing

  • Core tool processing - your files, images, documents, and calculator inputs - happens in your browser and is not uploaded, stored, or accessed by us. The exceptions are explicit and narrow: a few tools send just your search query to a public lookup API, and optional paid downloads use a third-party payment provider for the transaction only.   • We use Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics and Google AdSense for displaying advertisements. These third-party services may use cookies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Accuracy of Information

  • We strive to keep all data (tax slabs, interest rates, stamp duty rates, exam links) accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.
  • Rates and regulations change periodically. Always verify with official sources before making financial, tax, or legal decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, code, and branding on DesiUtils.in is owned by us.
  • Tools are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may not clone, scrape, or redistribute the website or its tools.
  • Purchased reports are for your personal use, per the Purchase Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Some tools use third-party APIs (IFSC lookup via Razorpay API, Pincode via India Post API, Currency rates via open APIs, Mutual Fund NAV via AMFI/MFapi.in). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
  • Google AdSense displays advertisements on our pages. We do not control ad content.

8. Limitation of Liability

DesiUtils.in and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools or reliance on information provided. Use all tools at your own discretion and risk.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts to excessively access the website.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our tools.
  • Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
