Government portals, college admissions, and visa applications in India almost always ask for documents in PDF format, even when you only have a photo of the original. This tool converts JPG, PNG, and WebP images into a single PDF directly in your browser. The images are never uploaded to a server, which matters when you are scanning Aadhaar, PAN, salary slips, or other documents that contain personal information.

The conversion uses jsPDF running locally in your browser. You can confirm nothing is uploaded by disconnecting from the internet after the page loads; the tool still works because the PDF is built on your device. No signup, no watermark, no daily quota.

How to convert images to PDF

1. Drop your images into the upload area or click to browse. JPG, PNG, and WebP are supported.
2. Drag the thumbnails to reorder pages. The order in the list becomes the page order in the PDF.
3. Choose page size (A4 is standard for Indian and most government documents) and orientation.
4. Set margins. "Small" works for most uploads; use "None" if you want the photo to fill the page edge-to-edge.
5. Click Convert, then Download. Your PDF is built on your device and saved locally.

• A4 (210 x 297 mm): default for almost every Indian government portal, college admission portal, banking KYC upload, and tax filing site
• Letter (216 x 279 mm): US standard, occasionally requested for foreign visa applications and US university admissions
• Legal (216 x 356 mm): rarely required, used for some legal contracts and affidavits
• Fit: page size matches each image; use only when the form does not specify a size
• Most Indian government portals impose a 200KB to 2MB upload limit. If your output PDF is too large, reduce image quality before converting (compress images first), or use grayscale for documents that do not need colour

Privacy explained

Aadhaar and PAN images carry enough information to enable identity theft if intercepted. Online services that promise "files deleted after one hour" offer no way for you to verify deletion. This tool runs the conversion in JavaScript inside your browser. The image bytes are read into memory by your own browser, processed by jsPDF locally, and turned into a PDF blob you download directly. No upload step exists, so there is no server log of your documents.
