What is the Polymarket Tracker?

The Polymarket Tracker is a read-only dashboard that surfaces live probabilities from Polymarket's public Gamma API. Prediction markets aggregate the views of thousands of participants into a single number: the implied probability of an outcome. That number updates as new information arrives, making it one of the most honest real-time barometers of what the world currently believes about elections, sporting fixtures, crypto prices and major world events.

This tool shows the top 50 active markets ordered by 24-hour trading volume, grouped into quick filters for politics, sports, crypto, business and science. Each card shows the current Yes/No split for binary markets or the top outcomes for multi-outcome markets, alongside 24h volume and liquidity. Data refreshes every two minutes so you always see a recent snapshot.

This page is strictly informational. Indian law restricts participation in offshore prediction markets. DesiUtils does not facilitate trading, does not take deposits and does not earn any commission from Polymarket. Each card includes a reference link to the underlying market on polymarket.com purely for source attribution, and whether you are legally permitted to access that site is your own responsibility.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does this data come from?

All data is fetched from Polymarket's public Gamma API (gamma-api.polymarket.com/markets). DesiUtils proxies the request on the server to normalize the response, but the underlying numbers are exactly what Polymarket publishes for anyone to read.

Can I trade or bet on Polymarket from India?

Indian residents should not assume participation is legal. Offshore prediction markets fall into a restricted grey zone under Indian law. This tool is provided purely to display publicly available probability data and does not facilitate or encourage any form of wagering.

How often does the data refresh?

The dashboard auto-refreshes every two minutes while the page is open. The upstream fetch is also cached on the server for two minutes, so the dataset you see is always within a couple of minutes of the current Polymarket state.

How are categories decided?

Polymarket does not always tag markets consistently, so this tool assigns a rough category (politics, sports, crypto, business, science) by matching keywords in the market question. It is a convenience filter, not an official classification.

Is the tool free to use?

Yes. No signup, no payment, no tracking beyond the standard DesiUtils analytics. Every number you see comes from a public API.
