  • Sec 192 (Salary): As per applicable slab rates
  • Sec 194A (FD): 10% (threshold 40K / 50K senior)
  • Sec 194IB (Rent): 5% if rent > 50,000/month
  • Sec 194J (Professional): 10% (threshold 30K)
  • Sec 194IA (Property): 1% if value > 50 lakh
  • Sec 194B (Lottery): 30% flat if > 10,000
  • Sec 194H (Commission): 5% (threshold 15K)
  • Sec 194C (Contractor): 1% Individual / 2% Company (threshold 30K single / 1L annual)
  • No PAN: 20% TDS rate applies when PAN is not furnished (Section 206AA)
